Beier Machinery wins 2018 Ringier technical innovation award
The highly anticipated award ceremony of Ringer technical innovation in 2018 plastic industries was held successfully in the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Parkview. Ringier media invited a professional team of experts and combined the online voting to conduct comprehensive evaluation, and fully achieved the fair and just. 35 innovations and technologies stand out by fierce competition. The awarded companies include some famous industries like HAITIAN, JINGCHENG, BEIER MACHINERY, DOW, BORCHE, ENGEL,WITTMANN BATTENFELD.
 

JIANGSU BEIER MACHINERY achieved the 2018 Ringer technical innovation award by its PVC-O Automatic extrusion line. Mr SI PEIMING, director of marketing department of JIANGSU BEIER MACHINERY, represent BEIER to receive the award and addressed. This is the fifth time that JIANGSU BEIER MACHINERY achieve the award. Thanks to the Ringier team and the industry for their trust and support. PVC-O extrusion line was developed by our R&D team from domestic and abroad. BEIER has the complete intellectual property rights. This is precisely because BEIER invests a lot in research and development every year.

PVC-O automatic extrusion line is BEIER's new generation of energy-saving and environmental protection extrusion line. In terms of energy saving, the pressure loss is minimized and the power consumption is low. In the environmental protection, 100% recyclable materials makes the most economical production, the pipeline is strong anti-degradation and avoid leakage. Compared with the traditional PVC product, both production capacity efficiency and green environmental protection have been significantly improved. At present, there are 25 production lines serving the domestic and foreign manufacturers worldwide. With the further improvement of technology, we will constantly challenge smaller and larger diameter to meet the needs of different customers and create greater value.
